This suburban site once considered unbuildable due to its small size and restrictive planning rules now has a spacious family residence. By aligning the house along the axis of the narrow site the livable floor plate was extended by including an out door entertainment area. Selection of a simple materials pallet and full height windows have resulted in a house that is light and open and completely uncompromised by its restrictive beginnings.
