About

The Ocean Shores Retirement Village is centered around a 90 unit apartment and community building. This large complex required a modern refresh and significant facade and roof repairs due to the claddings reaching the end of their serviceable life. The challenge was how to minimise the impact of construction on the residents and to maintain the village facilities for the duration of the building works.
The solution was to pre-fabricate most of the facade and roof elements off site ensuring a high speed construction. The Programme was significantly shorter that standard fast track methods.
