About

The new 462 unit on-campus student accommodation project is a comprehensive student village environment designed by Warren and Mahoney as an integrated component of the Auckland University campus. The University Hall construction is a first for New Zealand. The 14 story accommodation block building consists of individual pre fabricated modular student accommodation units.  Each module was factory constructed and fully finished with carpet, joinery, electrical and fire protection component.
As lead modular architects for the project MOTM was pleased to be a key member of the design team.
